A consistent ask from fisher price is for the next big flag ship Batman toy for the imaginext line. With some creative thinking and cleaver mechanisms the Batbot xtreme was born.
A consistent ask from fisher price is for the next big flag ship Batman toy for the imaginext line. With some creative thinking and cleaver mechanisms the Batbot xtreme was born.
After some brainstorming with my fellow Big Monster Toys designer Mike Dore we sketched up a plan of action and mocked up a model at the scale and figured out how all the moving parts work together. Next, we turned to CAD to make our ideas into reality. Finally, we built a functional working prototype with 3D printing and CNC Routing for testing and user behavior. After a few rounds of designs we were able to make it operate and meet the client's needs and deadline.
